This interactive training will help grant professionals learn specific strategies to remove resistance and roadblocks toward quality grant proposal design. This session will help grant professionals positively influence and guide individuals in their organization through their own steps of change. We’ll discuss Motivational Interviewing’s four guiding principles and the processes and skills associated with these principles..
