Ethics: Grant Ethics Codes of Conduct: What Do They Say and Why Are They Different
Session 1 of the Grant Ethics Series
Ethics in grants can be a hot-button discussion, but what does it mean to be an ethical grant professional? In this first session on grant ethics, we discuss the three most common ethical codes followed by grant professionals and the most common ethical code of development professionals. This training will include an overview of each, the areas they have in common, and how they are different.

The trainers for these sessions are all credentialed grant professionals (GPCs) who agree to adhere to the Grant Professionals Association (GPA) Code of Ethics and are GPA Approved Trainers. All of the trainings in this series align with the Grant Professionals Certification Institute’s competencies and skills.
