The discussion involves each element of the case statement, along with best practices and real-world examples for each. The session will conclude with practical application of the principles within the participant’s professional setting.

This six-session Capacity Building for Small Organizations course focuses on the key elements that will prepare a new or small organization for grant readiness. It is ideal for agency executive directors, board members, or program staff interested in strengthening their organization’s capacity to seek out grant funding. In the first session, participants will learn how to identify where their organization sits along a readiness continuum. From there, each 90-minute session is tailored to help participants build their knowledge and skills to create pathways for successful grant-seeking.
