Grant Research
Assel Grant Services will research government and foundation funding opportunities for your organization and program. We will provide you a comprehensive report on each funding source including average grant award, current deadlines, funding guidelines, and alignment to your organization or program.
Research on prospective grant funding opportunities can be requested individually or in conjunction with other services. We provide research services for the busy development director or grant research as part of a comprehensive grant solution for a non-profit organization.
Grant Writing
Grant writing is at the core of our business. Our grants have been funded from diverse federal, state and local government agencies, as well as local and national corporate and foundation funding sources.
Members of our staff have experience working with various online submission formats, plus extensive experience working with the various budgeting, purchasing, auditing, and evaluation departments within organizations. We fill out your forms, attach your documents and ensure that your grant is presented professionally to the agency to which you are applying.
Case Statements
Case Statements are comprehensive descriptions of the basic components most grant funders request. All Case Statements include: Organization History, Problem Statement or Need for Program; Program Description including goals/objectives, activities, timeline, and outcomes; Program Evaluation, and Program Budget.
Case Statements can be developed for an organization independent of other grant services or in conjunction with grant research and grant writing services.
Grant Management
We help you to register with federal systems, including, but not limited to the System for Award Management, grants.gov, and eRA Commons.
Do the submission forms make you nervous? We can fill out your forms, PDF and attach your documents, and ensure your grant is presented professionally to the agency to which you are applying.
Have you heard nightmares about Workspace and Fast Lane and the overload of the system when simultaneous deadlines happen? We work with you to submit 3-5 days before the deadline. We also have experience with both grants.gov and eRA commons to ensure that your grant is submitted seamlessly.
Are you worried about writing the report to the funder at the end of the funding period? We can help! We can keep track of your report deadlines, help you set up internal tracking for the outcomes written into your grant and write any reports required by your funding source – including for government grant and foundations with whom you want to continue growing a relationship for the long-term.

We provide trainings for organizations of any size and level of professional experience, and multiple organizational roles. Assel Grant Services offers professional development that equips you with the tools you need.
All of our trainers are Grant Professional Certified (GPCs) and Grant Professionals Association Approved Trainers. Assel Grant Services is a Grant Professionals Certification Institute Accepted Continuing Education Provider. Our trainings align with the Grant Professionals Certification Institute’s (GPCI) Competencies and Skills, and are eligible for continuing education units (CEUs).
