We encourage you to introduce yourself and send us your qualifications, and we will keep them on file and reach out if we do have any openings come up.

    1. Grant Management Specialist – This position is primarily responsible for guiding clients on their implementation of federal grants, and will report to the leader of the grant management team.
    2. Senior Grants Specialist – These positions are team leads and are available with foundation, federal, or grant management teams.
    3. Grants Specialist – These credentialed positions work with clients to develop grant proposals. Positions are available to work with clients who are applying for primarily foundation/corporate grants, clients pursuing government grants (federal, federal pass-through, state), and clients who apply for a mix of grant funders
    4. Grants Associate – These positions are for grant professionals who are not yet credentialed. The role is similar to a Grants Specialist but typically works on less complex programs and projects under a Senior Grants Specialist. Grants Associates are expected to take at least one credentialing exam within twelve months of employment or upon eligibility. They are supported in this preparation.
    5. Training Director – This position supports all internal staff training plans with a strong emphasis on preparing staff for credentialing exams, increasingly complex proposals and project management, and leadership responsibilities in the company. They are also responsible for overseeing the marketing, coordination, and development of training provided by the company to interested individuals and organizations.

These positions require focused, energized, and self-motivated individuals able to work out of their own home, with some travel to client locations occasionally needed. “This job has let me be a mom, and be present to my family. I can do normal mom things like reading kids stories, making dinner, etc. without feeling like my kids are in the way because I’m no longer trying to get work done in the evening when they are home. I’m not putting kids to bed and then working late into the night to meet deadlines. I’m still growing and learning, being challenged, and advancing in my field. I feel supported by the company without being asked to do more that interferes with the rest of my life.”
