Organizations which serve as pass-through entities for federal funding are required to monitor their subrecipients. This responsibility comes with a great opportunity to strengthen collaborative partnerships by intentionally building the subrecipients’ overall grantsmanship capacity and exchanging best practices in grant management. In our webinar, Building Collaborative Partnerships through Subrecipient Monitoring GPA Approved Trainer Whitney Gray, GPC will present strategies for moving from due diligence to active collaboration based on shared goals between the pass-through entity and its subrecipients.
