Linda Bahrke, MOAM, is a Project Manager with Assel Grant Services. She has over 30 years of experience in population health and care management, including health insurance experience. Linda’s scope of experience in population health encompasses strategic planning, as well as, community-based population health models and effective deployment. Linda has extensive experience in strategy development, creative collaboration and operational execution. Additionally, she is a certified executive coach and enjoys elevating leaders’ skills in the clinical setting. Most recently, Linda built an integrated population health model for a community of over 70,000; engaging 50+ agencies and healthcare providers.
Linda received her diploma as a Registered Nurse in 1982 from St. Luke’s School of Nursing in Sioux City, Iowa. In 1992, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management in 1997. Linda became a Fellow of the Advisory Board Company in 2009. Linda obtained her Executive Coaching certificate in 2019 and has been published in a variety of trade magazines.
