Laura Kuschel is the Human Resources/Payroll Specialist for Assel Grant Services. She started her career in human resources in 2015 while living in Wyoming. Upon returning to Wisconsin, she continued her career in different industries including manufacturing, hospitality and healthcare. She enjoys working in all areas of human resources particularly employee engagement, recruiting and onboarding. Her goal is to make the workplace the best one for its employees. Laura is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Professionals (SHRM).
Prior to her career in human resources Laura was a Realtor in Illinois, administrative professional in many industries including construction and landscaping, and a sales professional in hospitality. She has over 20 years of business and administrative experience and also studied Creative Writing at the University of Wisconsin.
