The Department of Health and Human Services, through the Administration on Children, Youth and Families, Family (ACYF), Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB), has announced $6,970,597 for the Street Outreach Program. These grants provide street-based services to runaway, homeless, and street youth who have been subjected to or are at risk of being subjected to sexual abuse, prostitution, sexual exploitation, and severe forms of human trafficking in persons. Services must be designed to target areas where street youth congregate and assist such youth in making healthy choices and accessing shelter, as well as basic needs.
