Course Overview: A strong work plan is the heart of a proposal. Learn how work plans can be used to enhance your project’s SMART goals and bring the logic model to life.

- Identify the elements of logic models and work plans.
- Determine the appropriate level of detail for logic models and work plans.
- Understand how logic models and work plans support each other to demonstrate progress toward SMART goals and objectives.
- Connect logic models and work plans to other sections of the proposal including need, evaluation, and budget.
